Our Cancellation Policy

We require a seven-day notice to transfer your deposit. If you have to cancel inside of a seven-day notice, we will reschedule your trip without loss of deposit, if we can rebook the date you were scheduled for. If not, then you will lose your $75.00 deposit.

What do I need to bring on my trip?

We include all bait and tackle — in the boat are Spinning Rods and Zebco™ 33’s Platinum Rods — though the client can bring his/her poles if they wish. We also include all of the necessary safety equipment required by the State of Texas. All of our life jackets — which are also required by law — are a universal fit for adults. Our children’s life vests are for children who weigh 30-50 pounds. We also clean all fish that are caught, unless otherwise instructed by the client. Please feel free to bring snacks and any beverages of choice (excluding alcohol and glass containers).

Do I need a fishing license?

Yes, you are required by the State of Texas to have a fishing license on your person while fishing. You can purchase this license at most sporting goods stores, including Walmart™. You do not need a license if you are under the age of 17 or if you were born before September 1, 1930.

What will we do if the weather is bad?

The safety of my customers is a top priority to us. We will reschedule the trip if the weather is too bad to fish, with no extra charge to the client.
